Palmiye Rentals does not charge a fee per person; only the fee for the reserved apartment is charged.

In order for any person to have the chance to benefit from daily rental homes, it is very important that they are within a certain age range. It will absolutely not be possible for any person who has not passed the age limit of 18 to rent a daily rental home from our company.

Provided that you notify us before renting the apartment that people other than the person renting the apartment will also be staying, you may host your apartment guests on the condition of submitting their ID information. In all situations where your guest engages in illegal activity within the apartment, endangers your safety of life and property, or causes damage to the apartment, the person who rented the apartment assumes responsibility.

Our apartments are completely cleaned by our professional team before being handed over to guests; items requiring extra hygiene such as towels, sheets, pillows, and duvet covers are changed daily, and in case of a long stay in the apartment, extra items such as duvet covers, pillows, towels, and sheets are provided in advance. Each apartment is painted at least twice a year, and any damaged or permanently stained furniture and similar items are replaced with new or equivalent ones before the apartment is rented.

All of our apartments are very reliable and comfortable. You can choose us whether with your family or individually.

All the household items you may need are available in our apartments.

We absolutely do not allow special day celebrations in our apartments that would disturb people by making noise. We would like you to know that we are very sensitive about this matter.

The duvet covers, sheets, and towels of our apartments are carefully cleaned and renewed at every check-in and check-out.

The apartment has complete kitchen equipment. Available items:

Appliances: Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine 

Kitchenware: Glasses, plates, spoons, pots, and other basic equipment

Our guests only need to bring their personal needs such as food and beverages.

Check-out: 11:00

However, flexibility may be provided in exceptional cases:

If the apartment is available on the day of your check-in, early check-in may be possible.

If there is no reservation after you on your check-out day, late check-out may be offered.
However, the standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept our pet friends due to the discomfort they may cause to our subsequent guests.

Yes, hot water is available in our apartments.

Depending on the availability of our apartments, we can assist with group stays in both of our apartments. However, in case of an extra bed request, we unfortunately have to charge an additional fee.

We do not charge a cleaning fee for 3 nights and above. We charge a cleaning fee for 3 nights and below.

Payment by Bank Transfer: After a down payment (50%) is made to the account information sent to you, you will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm that the reservation has been confirmed.  The remaining payment for the accommodation fee is collected on the check-in day.

Unfortunately, the ID information of a single person is not sufficient. It has been made legally mandatory to submit the ID information of all guests staying at the apartment to the regional security units (Gendarmerie or Police).

Both family and friend group accommodations are accepted at our apartments . There is no family-only accommodation requirement.
